The int“speedPin(letter)” pins need to be connected to a PWM pin on the Arduino if you want to enable speed control through PWM. I want to use this for a robot car. It confirmed my my pc was talking to the Arduino and gave me some basic code to start with. In this tutorial you will learn how to use it with Arduino uno to control two dc motors.Step 1: What You Will NeedShow All ItemsFor this project you will need:Arduino unoBreadboardL298 Check This Out

The voltage would be the water flowing over the wheel at a constant rate, the more water flowing the higher the voltage. I've used the motor driver with an external power source and didn't change the jumper.

Or, if you prefer, probably you can use an ATTINY, and that way, I'll have a small footprint chip that is barely noticeable. How can I do this?vertex28 (author)Reply2016-12-31Hellogreat job. navigate here To use the current sense feature, remove the jumpers and attach to the header pins.
No V is at motor 1 or 2. Otherwise you must input 5V regulated power at pin 5 so that the circuit can operate properly. Thank you for pointing that out ! Lower values will just not work.
I'm use to use two outputs for each engine, one in PWM , the other to enable it.JamesN87 (author)Reply2016-03-30Useless for me. We're always learning from each other !
