Switch the sidelights on, then the headlights, then the fog-lights. That way, if you feel uncomfortable or you can't figure out how to get the wipers to work properly (see above) you can pull over and sort it all out. Just take the pressure off yourselves and just enjoy learning for the time being, don't fret about tests just yet, you will be fine whatever happens. I am great with the changing of gears...steering, braking and stopping at lights etc...but when it comes to moving off from the lights I always seem press too hard on the whats the point of it anyway, though i can do it now, 9 yrs later and the 3rdi failed for speeding!
